Cooking time and temp for a 6 lb beef tenderloin? - beef cooking temp
I have a beautiful 6 pound beef sirloin, and I will not spoil. I am filled with a stuffing with herbs and wrapped in bacon. Can someone tell me how long I should cook and what temperature? Thank you and Happy Holidays!
